Refund Policy

1. Processing Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.

2. Subscription & Auto-Ship Refunds

  • Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel or modify your subscription at least [3 business days] before your next scheduled renewal and billing date.
  • Shipped Subscriptions: Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded mid-transit and must follow our standard Return Policy (must remain unopened and sealed).

3. Damaged Or Lost Shipments

  • If your supplement bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please get in touch with us within [48 hours] of delivery at info@functionanutri.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately.
